There's no time like the present for Data Junction Integration Engine Content Extractor v7.5.5 customers to upgrade to a fully supported version of Pervasive Integration products. In December 2004, the Data Junction Integration Engine Content Extractor v7.5.5 moved to Transition Support. This means that phone support is available on a per incident basis for current customers and that regular maintenance updates are discontinued. However, patches may be provided on an emergency basis for critical issues to contract customers. Plans are for Data Junction Integration Engine Content Extractor v7.5.5 to remain in Transition Support until December 2005. At that time support will be discontinued. Please reference our Support Life Cycle at for further details regarding this policy.
